How it works
- Spend and earn. Every Rs 100 you spend on products earns you one TRIÈLLE Gem. Delivery charges and amounts already paid with gems or a promo code do not earn further gems.
- Gems arrive when payment clears. They are credited once your payment provider confirms the order, not the moment you click place order.
- Redeem at checkout. Once you hold at least 100 gems, a slider appears in your order summary. Choose how many to apply and the discount comes off immediately.
- Refunds return your gems. If an order is cancelled or refunded, any gems you spent on it are returned and the gems it earned are removed.
Good to know
- Gems expire 12 months after they are earned.
- Gems are tied to your account, so you need to be signed in to earn or spend them.
- Your full gem history is visible in your account, including where every gem came from.
- Gems have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
