What we collect

When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We also record the IP address an order was placed from, which helps us detect fraudulent activity.

Card details

We never see or store your card number. Payments are handled entirely by PayHere, KOKO or Mintpay on their own systems. What we receive back is limited to a transaction reference, the amount, the result and, for card payments, the last four digits so you can identify the transaction on your statement.

How we use your information

To process and deliver your orders, to run the TRIÈLLE Gem programme, to answer your questions, and, if you have opted in, to send you marketing email. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time without affecting your orders.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment providers and our delivery courier. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we are required to for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your account at any time; we will remove your personal details and retain only the anonymised financial record.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email info@triellebeauty.co.uk.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to remember your basket. Dismissing a popup is remembered in your browser's local storage. Neither is used for advertising.
