Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once we confirm payment and dispatch the goods. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will refund that item in full.

Pricing

All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include applicable taxes. We take care with pricing, but if an obvious error appears we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you rather than honour a clearly incorrect price.

Payment

We accept card payments through PayHere and instalment plans through KOKO and Mintpay, within the limits shown at checkout. Instalment plans are agreements between you and that provider, and their terms apply to the repayments.

TRIÈLLE Gems

TRIÈLLE Gems are a loyalty reward, not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, expire 12 months after being earned, and may be withdrawn if we find they were obtained through abuse of the programme. Full details are on the TRIÈLLE Gems page.

Promo codes

Codes are single-use per customer unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined unless we say so, and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes have no cash value.

Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, but formulations and packaging change. Always read the label on the product you receive, and patch test new actives. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
