Shipping policy

Delivery times

Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are dispatched promptly. Delivery within Colombo and suburbs takes 1–3 working days. Delivery to the rest of the island takes 3–5 working days.

Delivery charges

Charges are shown at checkout before you pay and depend on your delivery area. Orders above the free-delivery threshold shown at checkout ship at no charge.

Tracking

Once your parcel leaves us, a tracking number is added to your order. Signed-in customers can see it in their account, and it is included in the dispatch email.

Failed deliveries

Our courier attempts delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A second delivery charge may apply.
